Who is "members.home.net/cote" ??

The other day, someone (yea, I should have saved the message)
posted a reference to the following url:

  http://members.home.net/cote/twominute.htm

At that site, there are several TradeStation screen snapshots
that show what appear to be perfect buy and sell signals for 
intraday S&P data.  Now, I've been around enough to know that
these are probably "well chosen examples", or perhaps even
entries developed after the fact.

Still, the charts are intriguing - they seem to use some
geometric construction of support/resistance and trend lines
to arrive at the entries.  Can anyone shed any light on
where this came from?  There is no identifying information
on the webpage, and when I access http://members.home.net/cote,
I just get a blank page.
