Hang Seng Index can not be traded, like the cash Dow and the S&P. People
utilize Hang Seng options and the Hang Seng Future market(s) to trade
this market. We can perform any kind of technical analysis on the Hang
Seng Future charts. But for reasons of ACCURACY in respect to triggering
entry and/or exit signals, the Hang Seng INDEX is often utilized
instead. IMHO, one should always use the Hang Seng INDEX to perform
technical analysis to ensure the production of accurate tiggering
technical signals and act accordingly on the option markets and/or the
Future market. Regards.
