Greetings,  I just finished reading an excellent book called  "God in
the Pits" by Mark Andrew Ritchie.  On page 199 the author refers to a
book he highly recommends.  He said that it "stands completely alone in
its class".  But deliberatly left out the name and author of the book.
He did not want to be responsable for somebody losing money in the
futures on his recommendation.  Question!!  does anybody know what book
he was referring too???
