122-17 (H 18 Feb) was a 0.707 [SQRT(0.50)] retracement of the 4-20 move
from 123-28 to 119-08 (L 26 Jan)
The 121-09 high on 12 Mar is a 0.707 retracement of the 4-07 move from
122-17 to 118-10.
