HI Ray,
I don't have DTN anymore but, I can say that there customer service/tech
support was excellent. They have there tech support people working on
saturday and sunday. As for WOW Day Trader, I didn't open the package.
I didn't want to pay for the software. Later on I bought WOW
Professional Investor software and its great. Should you short Omega,
thats up to you but WOW is a product that will take away a lot of
business away from Omega in the next year or two.
