DATA FEEDS - DTN & WOW

       Hi RT's,

I recently received a packet of info from DTN in reguards to their
Real Time data service which includes Windows on Wall St. Day Trader software.
Since I have a natural distrust of salesmen I thought I would ask the
independent opinions of RT's.

First, how good is their date? Do they have frequent outages, bad
ticks, etc? How difficult is it to correct bad data? Is customer service
responsive? Have there been problems with extra charges, warrenties, returns,
etc? In general how do they compare to other data venders you may have used?

Re: WOW Day Trader, it seems to offer features not available on Trade
Station but how do they compare? Is the version that comes with DTN full
featured, the same as they sell for $1295.95 (about a grand cheeper than Trade
Station) or a limited version. Is their programing language good, easy to
use. Are their canned indicators worthwhile?

In general both DTN Real Time and WOW Day Trader seem to offer
greater power and more features than competers at a better price. This can be
a great way to build market share or overblown hype if the performance doesn't
live up to its claims.

                                      Good luck and good trading,
                                                Ray Raffurty

P.S. If these programs are as good as they claim, should I short Omega?
