Earl,

The display you reference has NOTHING to do with time.

As I mentioned in the notes with the routines it is necessary
to use the DATA window to obtain the information that is
represented in this display.

This display represents the AMPLITUDE of the cyclic
component which has a period equal to the FREQ plot
associated with the display.

This simply tells us what STABLE cyclic elements exist
over the ENTIRE time period you select to analyze.
