Re: Adv. Get 7

I wish I could be as enthusiastic about the company. Last June, when I
purchased GET, I was told that I would be mailed a certificate for a free
upgrade to the Windows version, which was described as though its release
would be by the end of the next month, July. These assurances convinced me
to go ahead and purchase GET at that time, rather than wait for the upgrade.
Unfortunately, I never received such a certificate. On Jan 26, when I
received a notice in the mail about the GET 7 upgrade, I sent their Sales
Dept., as a reminder, an e-mail including the text of their e-mail to me
about the certificate, and I requested the free upgrade I had been promised.
Regretfully, I received no reply from them, not even an acknowledgment. This
is unfortunate because, despite my like for GET itself, my experience has
certainly soured me on the company.

Jim.
