This question has been raised many times.
Let me state again -- ALL SWING MACHINE
IS IS A METHOD OF TAKING WHAT HAS
HAPPENED IN THE PAST AND DISPLAYING
THIS INFORMATION FORWARD IN TIME.
HOW DO YOU DEFINE ACCURACY WHEN
YOU HAVE TYPICALLY 3, 5, OR 7 "AVERAGE"
PROJECTIONS.
I make no claim about the accuracy of the method
and I don't think you can define a measure by
which such a technique could be evaluated insofar
as accuracy is concerned.
