The Delta phenomenon is about the relationships of the Sun, Moon and Earth. It
then goes into the different cyclical patterns (repeatable) that different
stocks and commodities have based on different time frames. The time frames
go from a turn everyfew days to yearly. Each recipent of the book had to sign
a non-disclosure before getting it, so you will not find out the entire
process. The turning points are given for a specific day (assuming daily) and
then are given percentage probablilties of the surrounding days. Example - the
exact day is 30%, +/-1 day is 70%, +/-2 days is 95%.
I have the book and in my short time frame for trading it is helpful as a
guide of market direction. It is just another tool in the toolbag, but not
the primary weapon.
