Tim,

I use ASCII format data from Pinnacle Data -- as long as your ASCII data 
is in a format acceptable to TS (check your manual) and you direct TS to 
where it is located, it should load OK.

Regarding COT data -- check out Steve Briese's web site 
(www.bullishreview.com), he provides COT data for free in an ASCII 
format that will load directly into Omega Research products.  I believe 
you will have to register at his site prior to getting access to the 
data.  He also provides instructions on how to load the data into your 
charting program.  Note that the COT data has been converted into his 
proprietary COT Index -- he claims that this is the proper way to view 
this data, and I agree.  His site has some good information on COT 
analyses.  Have fun.
