I can't help you with a recommended trading station, but I can tell you the
Dell XPS D300 is a great machine, although I have one with 8GIGs.  I
received it just prior to Christmas and it's working fine--although
sometimes on shutdown, it won't shut down automatically.  (May be a problem
in the registry which  I'll take a look at and see if I can fix it.  Hope
this helps!!
