Any RTers have information on Primerica? Is this not the company started by
the teacher who later parlayed this into the purchase of Travelers Insurance
and Dean Witter, etc?
If it is, I've heard nothing but bad news about the people from Primerica;
only part-timers trying to sell term
insurance under the adage of "Buy Term and Invest the Rest". Their funds
are extremely high priced in fees and the performance records are awful!
And their insurance also is over priced. And none of the sales people
really know what they are talking about.
There are so many excellent firms out there why would anyone consider this
group, if it is the group I am thinking about.
Would appreciate any comments.
