I have used Brown for about 2 years and am quite satisfied with their speed and
fills on my stock orders (I monitor the fills via an independent time and
sales screen). I use the touch telephone system to place orders. Once I got
partial fills at two different prices, 3/8 apart. I complained about the bad
fill, they looked into it and then credited my account with the 3/8. My only
dislike about Brown is they don't offer internet trading. However, they do
offer computer trading via dial up to their BBS, but I don't want to log off
the internet to dial their BBS.
