Here's the text:

Jim, with the risk of "catching hell" LOL for this I think the only way
to describe a proper divergence is to post a chart of WDC. So here goes,
I know this is very basic stuff, sorry to the group, but it may clearify
things.

I don't see any divergence in the macd(I used a "default" macd setting)
but take a look at the 2 trendlines I've drawn in August for what I see
as a darn good example.
