USBONDS Swing Trading

I am interested in trading the US Bonds futures and have studied the
work of Joe Stowell.  I am particularly interested in the LMI indicator
that he discusses as well as the 2 period ROC LBR discusses.  I am
curious if any one else uses this method for day trading or swing
trading TBONDS and whether you like it, whether you enter on close,
limit or stop in.  Additionally what you feel about a fixed exit point
in price, a trailing stop, or a time exit such as exit moc.
