Ray,
  Call the CBOE and ask for a list of clearing firms. I think the
biggest is First Options of Chicago. I trade futures thru L.I.T. which
is a division of FOC. FOC is owned by NY specialist firm Speer, Leads, &
Kellog. If the clearing firms don't acccept outside biz, many of them
clear other firms that do and will be happy to refer you.
