To respond to your questions, for the ticker tape, what you need to do is
create a Quote page ( I call mine ticker ) add only those symbols that you
want on the ticker then close it. Next press ALT+4 go down to ticker and
hit return this will then only display the symbols in Ticker.
I deal with TD Greenline here in Canada and when checking Interquote RT
Display against Td's Real-time quotes, there has never been a difference.
Quite frankly I have not read the complete manual, I only browse it when I
encounter a problem, and anything that is not in the manual can quickly be
solved by an email to linnsoft's support, the reply is usually within 30
minutes, and several times I have been called directly by Dr. Linn himself,
there has never been a problem that they have not solved immediately.
Investor R/T also frequently upgrades the system, when that happens you get
a notice from Interquote, advising you of the upgrade. Both company's have
excellent and prompt support.
I just use the canned indicators, I do not know if you can insert your own,
I would imagine that you can, for myself I mostly use a couple of moving
averages and place trend line in. But I have tried the Stocastics and RSI
with some success.
