If you really want to do some serious programming of indicators,
show me's, systems,...,...,.... then you have no choice.
Bite the bullet and purchase TradeStation.
I am a highly experienced programmer and I will assure you
that anything that detracts you from your programming AND
MORE IMPORTANT DEBUGGING task is not worth it.
I used the tricks mentioned with SC for a long time but then I
did some consulting work for someone with TS.
After that experience there was no doubt -- I immediately
signed up for the "easy pay" plan. Fortunately they still had the
EOD version for 12 $99 pays and it has worked well for me.
Again, if anything detracts from your thought process then
such things must go!
