Heard one of the local market analysts say this morning that the Lowry
Index is signaling caution because:
- "Buying pressure was low during last week's market push of over 300
points..."
He warned of the triple top forming in the Dow and not being confirmed
by NASDAQ stocks.
Does anyone follow the Lowry Index? How is it formed?
