We are aware that Ameritrade will accept Stop Limit orders to enter Short
Sales of Stock on NASDAQ stocks.

Having entered many orders of this nature, our experience has been that of
a very Low_Success_Rate . . . Most Sell Short Stop Limit orders NOT
executed.
