<DIV>Just when things looked very bleak, AIQ recognized something in the market
action that says the probablilities of going up have increased. At the
close of the market yesterday, AIQ issued a BUY signal of 95-5 with neutral to
slightly bullish WAL number of 58-42 and Bullish US number of 92-8. AIQ
market timing signals can come a day or two early, but my instinct is that
Tuesday and Wednesday's lows may have been the best re-test of the October 97
lows that we are going to get. Would have been better technically to have
really tested the October lows, but looks like up from here....at least for a
while.</DIV>

wagon.</DIV></BODY></HTML>

The place to start would be several good books, one by Nisson
and one by Greg Morris.
