Has anyone been able to run TradeStation 4.0 Build 20 on a Windows 98beta2
system? As soon as the server loads, it provides the following error
message:
Database Access Error: 1
Driver's SQLSetConnectOption Failed
Driver not capable
General error OleInitialize failed, return code
Now, using OR_DEBUG while the system was in Win95 vs Win98, it would seem as
if the main difference is that the following number at the end of this line:
szBuf=c:\windows\omega\server\btc=6422
Under Win95, this figure was around 16000+. Could that mean that the problem
is under Win98 it is running out of memory for some reason? If so, is there
an adjustment that can be done to correct it? Any thoughts or experiences
would be greatly appreciated!
