GEN: SuperCharts vers 2.0 under NT4

When trying to load my old SuperCharts vers. 2.0
under Windows NT4, I get the complaint:

Unable find BWCCELL.DLL

{Under Windows 95 there is no problem.	
   BWCC.DLL is present.}

Can any List_Member give me any info as to where I can find this,
presumably Borland, BWCCELL.DLL
and into which NT4 directory should it be placed ??
