Took 4 points out of the VIX today. Must be a market turning
point..even the loocal Chicago paper..The Chicago Sun-Times had a front
page story quoting VIX levels. Conclusive evidence it's either a market
top or near-term botttom.
Dow Jones options experienced lighter volume today...about 27000
contracts...open interest exceeds 330,000 for the short tern option. DJX
leaps went on vacation today..virtually no trading.
Last week was the biggest week ever in options volume nationwide..seat
pxs have softend to under 700k bid.
