<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=4>3.&nbsp; Tonights US is also extremely bullish

<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=4>Two weeks ago we got back to back AIQ buy 
signals and since then we got the 554 point drop, BUT no AIQ sell signal.&nbsp; 
I think we will get a substantial bounce with some backfilling along the way 
until something happens that causes a AIQ sell signal.&nbsp; So far (I repeat SO 
FAR), AIQ has kept us on the long side of the market.&nbsp; Who knows what will 
happen in the future but I stayed long during last weeks volatile decline due 
solely to the fact that there was no AIQ sell signal.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=4>BTW, Cisco Systems will report earnings tomorrow 
after the close.&nbsp; I think I heard est earnings of .58 vs .47 quarter year

Dear Bill and RT'ers:

My experience is the same. There must be some kind of
natural "jinx" law that punishes gloating over market plays.
It is the same law that causes open-position profits to melt
away the minute you start counting them!
