	You are correct;  he was quoting fills at prices never printed.
Everyone from time to time will get a better price depending on market
conditions.  Its happens to me every so often, sometimes favorable some
-times not.  Green was stating prices never quoted and had no reasonable
explanation for this when questioned.    
	To me the quy was a phony and continues to be;  bright, but a true
phony.
