(Fwd) Using Networking on Trading PC

Is anyone using the W95 peer-to-peer networking provisions on the same
PC they are running their trading software programs on?

I'm considering doing it using standard NE2000 compatible lan cards.

Anyone successful with this?

I assume the microsoft network "client" must be used, but with what
protocol?

Any comments appreciated.
