No Forex house I know handles an account that size. You might try to
find out if the NYSE or the Amex has a listed warrant. Either a put
warrant or a call warrant you could sell short.
You are in the middle of a catch22....the reason the CME and PHLX don't
trade the HK is the same reason there is no small market in the
currency. If the CME traded it a dealer market would exxist. If you
can get access to a forex terminal you might want to call the dealers
list and try to find someone who would trade a small forex piece as an
accomodation.
Do you expect the Hang Sing or any of the stocks to correspond....there
might be a trade there.
