I owned SC EOD and now TS4.0 RT. If SC RT is as good as SC EOD, you should
get some value from it. You will need a data service and right now, Omega
only supports BMI, Signal, and some other one. BMI and Signal are $200+/month.

All the other stuff sounds like a pretty good deal.
