Now that's curious----When I used to trade in downtown Manhattan I had to walk past an 
inlet on the Hudson river where several boats would dock in the summer months. A few of 
them had dishes on the top of the main cabin.

Now I wondered, then, how a dish could keep it's accuracy as the boat moved. Yet these 
people had the dishes.....so somehow it was feasible. After all, I don't have a 
boat....but I must presume that someone who has the wherewithal to own one and 
could afford to dock it in NYC would not put a dish on top that would not be functional.
