I used Dial Data for a year, ending my subscription two months ago.
IMHO the data is BAAAD. After struggling to download each day
(Sometimes needed three attempts) I would ALWAYS discover bad data in at
least one contract (usually many).
They never correct the data. On several occasions early on, I contacted
them about specific bad data. Sometimes they acted like it was my fault
and other times they were condescending. Once or twice they thanked me
and said they would fix it . . . they never did. I eventually figured
out that they did not care.
IMO the tech support group is "New York rude" at best, and they were
surley at all times . . . and no help at all.
I would look elsewhere.
