I am interested in establishing an Exempt Commodity Pool (i.e.
under
$200,000 and 15 investors or less ).

I have seen some advertisements on the net about kits that provide
all the necessary elements to set up and manage an Exempt Commodity
Pool. One "kit" I have seen advertisement for is over
$700.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a good source of information (e.g.
book) that explained the necessary steps in managing an Exempt
Commodity Pool that did not have a ridiculous price tag?

3) Ongoing responsibilities
4) Generic Limited Partnership and SubscriptionAgreements designed
specifically for trading futures and options markets (special
language qualifies for certain IRA funds) *
Question to SOES Traders: Is it still possible to make money using the SOES
system (SOES Bandit approach)?
My experience is 30 years in the markets as an investor with the last 2 years
as a day trader - I have been what I would call moderatelly successful. I am
considering using the SOES system (level II quotes) but have heard that the
"rules have changed." Is is still possible to make money with this approach?
I don't expect to get rich but just earn a good return ( I learned years ago
that when I got less aggressive I made substancially more money).
Any opinion or advise will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Norm
