I am having two problems with SuperCharts RT 4.0 and OPRA.
1. I am using ShowMe studies on realtime charts with the elert enabled.
Whenever I get an alert, most of the time the signal (a red dot or blue dot)
does not show up on the chart! It shows up in the Alert Tracking and control
center, and the dialog box displays the signal, but it doesn't show on the
chart. Even if I scroll around on the chart to update the view.. Also, I DO
NOT have the "update every tick" option selected. Any ideas???
Also.. Whenever I type in OPRA options prices the night before into my chart
window.. and add them in my portfolio (with BMI data) the next morning my
options prices are grayed out, and there is a 97 next to the listing. So if I
delete the price from the chart window and go to insert->symbols menu.. the
listing now will say OEXAI97 - and it suddenly doesn't work anymore. In the
portfolio it marks the symbols as "expired". So is OEWIA a Sept OEX 905 call
or what??? I am getting that information off the web..Any ideas?
