MKT: Cycle Tug of War

The major and minor cycles are in a tug of war.  The major cycles are pushing 
the stock market down and the minor cycles are now pulling the maket up.  
Currently, the minor cycles are winning.  It will be interesting to see which 
cycles dominate during October and November.
