Any of the C/C++ compilers would work. For instance MSFT Visual C++.  The code
needs to be fully compiled and not needing a runtime module like Visual Basic
does.  This is true only if you want the code to be a .DLL routine to be called
by TS or SC.

There are a number of add-ons that are written this way.  Many of them have some
indicators or systems that are written in easylanguage that are stubs to call the
'real' code that does all of the calculations in the .DLL  One example is
ASTRO-TRADER.
