NW: I am inclined to agree with Clyde Lee. The planets indicate
a CIT for the weekend of Sept. 19 which ncludes the Sept. 22 opening.
Because there is also a lesser but significant energy point for Sept.
23, I would lean more toward the 9/22 opening.
