Yes, it is rumored that RS of Miami dropped out of Richard Dennis's
Turtle program and then broke his non-disclosure vow. Because of the
lack of completion, said public turtle is missing part of the "shell".
Of course, this is only a rumor and I have no idea if it is true or not.
I will leave that to your investigation. * -
