Can anyone refer me to an intelligent analysis of the following?
1 - What structural changes must accompany such an event? ie what happens
to (domestic and foreign) earnings, interest rates, etc., to the dollar and
its cross-rates, and so on.
2 - What ratios would be invariant, or approximately so, under such a
transformation?
3 - What data support the structural similarities between the current
environment and manias or bubbles of the past?
