thanks Marc, it seems i struggle with this every time. This time, i hope
i've finally set up properly with your help.
also, cuz i run windows 2000, i found a little app from M$ called 'tzedit'.
apparently w2k wasn't 'fixed' with the latest dst changes. this app will
allow you to edit the dates for DST.
