adjust your exchange settings
go to:
"tools"
"edit exchange list"
highlight the exchanges you use:
click on "edit exchange"
click on "edit daylight savings"
and change to the second Sunday in March.
DBC users: don't forget the "DBC"
listed exchange &
the "UNDEFINED" exchange...
