Hey Phil,
A couple very quick impressions:,
Like you say, it's part SuperCharts/TC2k and that might be a problem.
For people already paying for data services (like TC2k for example),
they see no incremental value for your service. There's too much overlap
between what's already availalble and your product and/or you haven't
been able to differentiate yourself enough. -> Can you add mutual funds
to your scans?
Does your service allow for the daily stock/index data to be downloaded
to users PC? This isn't an incremental thing but if people already have
this they may see no reason to spend $ on your service when they don't
even have the actual data. -> Make the data available for download.
When you say a user can go "back in time" to do scans, does the data set
include all stocks available _at that time_ (ie stocks that have merged
with other companies or those that have been delisted, etc)? -> If it
does, that's pretty powerful and that fact should be advertised.
Best,
Bill

Hello everybody,
It's great to see the Omega list is still up and running after all
these years!
I built this website that I think is pretty cool - it's sort of a
cross between Supercharts and TC-2000 and probably a few other things.
I've been trying to see if I could get a subscriber or two, to help
cover expenses. But to my consternation, I find I can manage to get
some hits, but virtually nobody will actually enter their email
address to get a free username and password!
I'm getting the impression the site is just too weird and nobody can
figure out what it does. Either that or it's just a useless piece of
junk.
So I apologize in advance, I'm not trying to spam this list, but am
wondering if some folks would kindly give it a try and give me some
feedback? Seeking a "professional" opinion.
Thank you,
Phil
