Thanks guys, all of you you provided a ton of info for me.
I'll try to get ZA set up working over next week or two, as well as
check out the other firewall info you guys provided.
If Code2 has been running trouble free for two years (and I take him at
his word), and Jimmy's bud as well is trouble free, then I believe there
is hope for my setup. I'm running w2k, but I don't think that should
make a difference. I'm assuming most of you are running XP Pro.
My settings for ZA just may have been too restrictive.
I don't normally run a firewall because I'm behind a router (as well as
Rrun AV / Spyware detection apps), but when I go on holiday, for some
reason I'd feel safer with some program restricting which apps can
connect to the net... Like Code2 mentioned.
PS - Do any of you have first hand experience / comments with
GoToMyPC.com for remote access to your home/office PC? As in for
trading purposes?
