I never used ZA and my buddy never upgraded his. I don't use Norton anymore either. I do use Prevx1 and AVG. Not free AVG the regular one. AdAware also.

Neither have I until this most recent version. Two different
conferencing environments (hotComm and Omnovia) have issues with ZA.
I began having issues with "disconnects" shortly after I upgraded to
this newest version.
I have loved using ZA Pro for years, so this is disappointing to me,
if it's really the culprit. Right now I'm studying their FAQs to see
if there's a correlation mentioned.
