There are "bundled" and "unbundled" commision. Take your pick.

platform? Easy or hard to use? Execution and fills quick or slow?
The best. No problems. Bottom line, you can't go wrong with IB. Now, if
you do many thousands of R/T, you might be able to get somewhat better
commision elsewhere - don't know.
Use a third party frontend for order entry. See zerolinetrader.com,
bracket-trader.com to name a few.
