Hello Jim,

One possible approach is to use a macro (could be a simple one, you can use MacroExpress, e.g.) to delete the TS2000 Global Sever data on you notebook, and then copy the GS Server data from the desktop to the notebook. This may work, but I have not tested it out on my TS2000 yet. Once you have the macro, you can do the update easily and quickly with a mouse click or a key stroke.

hello,

i have a desktop pc which is collecting the data into the global server.
but at the moment i'm a lot away and bought a notebook with a docking
station.
is there any other way to update my data on the notebook when it's in the
dockingstation and connected to the desktop than always to do a manual copy
of the data files from one pc to the other?
ts2k and winXP is on both pc's.
would bet i'm not the first one with this problem.

thanks jim
