Can anyone refer me to a Florida attorney who is:
- Familiar with day trading futures
- Can form a simple Sub S corp
- Act as a registered agent for the Sub S corp.
- Establish 401(k) accounts
A plus would be if the attorney were also an accountant or works closely
with one.
