Moving ts2ki to a new machine

I want to install ts2ki to another machine for backup data collection. I 
would be installing ts from scratch from the CD, but do not want to 
recreate all the futures with all those fancy session times. I do not 
want to move the data. Just the symbols with sessions as defined in my 
old machine. BTW, my old (primary) machine is on win xp pro and the 
backup would be a win2000 box - but that shouldn't matter, I suppose.
