IB - Dynastore - GS connectivity

When IB shuts down at night for maintenance Dynastore loses connection. 
Then when IB starts up gain Dynastore says connecivity is restored, but data 
is not passing through Dynastore to the GS.  All this time the GS 
Real-Time-Status remains Connected.  A GS data edit shows the data storage 
never resumed after IB shutdown.  Is there a way to get the data flowing 
again wihout manual intervention?  Does MetaServer or the Hyperserver have 
this problem?
