Do you have the latest Esignal software?  If so then just try installing 
it again.  It is usually pretty stable  but not always.

For some reason global server just stops receiving quotes from the data

downloader, etc. 
This is driving me nuts. 
Does any one have any ideas on a remedy or a alarm function that will alert
